I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although they showed signs of wear and could have been cleaner. The service was attentive, particularly in assisting with finding medical information, but some staff members using smartphones in the sauna area was a bit distracting. The dining options were fantastic with a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. The facilities were good overall, but some areas could use better maintenance.
